Must Have
Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree, 2 years of relevant experience hospital pharmacy, LIC-Clinical Pharmacist - STATE_MI State of Michigan 90 Days, LIC-Pharmacist Controlled Substance - STATE_MI State of Michigan 90 Days, CRT-Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA American Heart Association 180 Days, CRT-Pediatric Adv Life Support (PALS) - AHA American Heart Association 180 Days, CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 180 Days, CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 180 Days
Nice to Have
American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) accredited residency in Pharmacy Practice, Pharmacist possessing PharmD and possessins PGY1 or PGY2 Residency, Previous Inpatient Pharmacy experience, especially OR or Surgery experience
What You'll Do.
Serve as primary pharmacy clinical representative
Provide focused clinical pharmacy services
Operate and maintain satellite compounding suite
Train and maintain competency
Rotate weekends and staffing
Ensure safety and efficacy of medication use
Educate and consult patients/family
Interpret and screen medication orders
Compound and dispense medications
Order appropriate laboratory tests
Interpret serum drug levels
Provide dosage regimen recommendations
Supervise and direct support personnel
Engage in continuous study
Complete required training
Provide education and counseling
Ensure services are provided in accordance with regulations
