retention of existing referral sources; grow new referrals and volumes; clinical effectiveness; KPI’s; Client & Provider Satisfaction; quality; core measures; readmission rates; length of stay; case mix index (CMI); billing/diagnostic coding trends; daily volume statistics; value-based care goals

Availability by phone or pager for emergencies, patient complaints, high-risk patients or situations, all practice support functions
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in nursing, or healthcare relevant field required, 5+ years’ experience as a clinician in an acute healthcare setting, 3+ years of clinical quality assurance, data analytics and reporting experience in a managed-care setting, Prior case management experience, RN, required
Nice to Have
Master's degree, preferred, Direct patient care experience, ICU experience, preferred, Working knowledge of staff development and the educational process, quality improvement, continuous process/performance improvement methodology, preferred, Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, and evaluate Quality Assurance (QA) and Performance Improvement (PI) activities, preferred
What You'll Do.
Patient and Provider Satisfaction
Support training coordination and orientation process
Participate in physician interviews
Act as a professional representative
Serve as point person and liaison
Ensure accomplishment of organizational and program goals
Monitor onsite performance
Oversee daily practice operations
Lead and support daily workflows
Recommend and implement improvements
Establish and facilitate standing HM Committee meetings
Facilitate engagement with Medical Director(s)
Work with hospital administration
Participate in organizational planning
Assist Medical Director and Field Operations team
Ensure completion of all site-specific requirements
Participate in required corporate meetings
Support value-based care goals
