Here, you will find more than just a job—you will find purpose and pride. ## Your Role at Baxter The Clinical Outcomes Specialist (COS), supports both hospital customers and the sales organization by providing clinical and product education focused on improving patient care, outcomes, and clinical workflows. This role requires flexibility, strong collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a field-based environment. The COS works closely with clinical stakeholders and internal sales partners to support product evaluations, implementations, and evidence-based initiatives across the territory. The territory includes **Burlington to Niagara Falls and Guelph to Windsor** and may be adjusted as needed to best support customers and the business. The successful candidate must be located within the territory. Regular travel to hospitals throughout the territory is required (up to approximately 75%), including occasional early morning, evening, or weekend training sessions, conferences, or customer education events. ## Your Team You will report to the **Regional Sales Director, Central Canada** , and partner closely with the Ontario sales team, Account Managers, Specialists, and cross-functional colleagues.
