What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed in NC/SC (compact license required), at least 5 years of experience in healthcare operations, comfortable with and willing to work a flexible schedule, experience in telemedicine, extremely well organized, detail oriented, and adaptable, naturally prioritize your work and feel comfortable maintaining varying deadlines, comfortable working independently as well in a team environment, comfortable working within a highly ambiguous, fast paced environment, and can set priorities with minimal input from management
Nice to Have
Experience with Epic EMR is a plus
What You'll Do.
Optimize and develop clinical workflows to support both clinician and patient experience
develop mastery using EHR systems and our internal tools to help create best in class clinical workflow and processes
and analyze incoming lab results daily
following appropriate escalation procedures when necessary
Monitor clinic phone - handling patient
Prepare prior authorizations requests
Efficiently process and send EMR Requests
Additional clinical and administrative duties as required

Team & Collaboration
partner closely with our Medical Operations teams; Collaborate with key external vendors and suppliers; Work in collaboration with pharmacy, insurance, and enterprise partners; comfortable working in a team environment
