What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1–3 years of experience in healthcare operations, patient scheduling, care coordination, or administrative support role, organizational, multitasking, and time management skills, Excellent communication skills with both patients and internal teams, Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration, public health, or related field, Experience with patient scheduling systems, EHR platforms, or healthcare technology tools, Familiarity with insurance verification, patient intake processes, or healthcare front-end workflows
What You'll Do.
Manage and optimize IBHT schedules
Coordinate new and follow-up patient appointments
Serve as a primary point of contact for patients
Conduct appointment reminders and follow-ups
Ensure patients are fully prepared ahead of appointments
Proactively outreach to patients prior to appointments
Support standardized kidney care workflows
Maintain accurate documentation and tracking
Identify recurring operational challenges
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner with IBHTs, Clinical Operations, and clinic teams; Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., billing, eligibility, and operations); Support implementation of workflow updates
Communication Scope
Patient-Centered Communication; Excellent communication skills with both patients and internal teams
