Full Job Description

LOCATION: The territory is the Pacific Northwest including Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Utah and Wyoming. We’re looking for a dynamic Clinical Oncology Specialist (COS) to join our newly established Breast Oncology specialty team. This is a high-impact, tumor-specific role focused on accelerating the adoption and growth of Signatera—our groundbreaking, first-in-class MRD ctDNA test. As a COS, you’ll act as a strategic field partner and a key representative of Natera Oncology, collaborating cross-functionally to engage key opinion leaders (KOLs) across integrated delivery networks, academic medical centers, hospital systems, and select community oncology practices. Primary stakeholders include Breast Surgeons, Breast Radiologists, Radiation Oncologist, Medical Oncologists and Pathologists. Success in this role demands a deep understanding of the breast oncology space, strong clinical acumen, and the ability to navigate complex healthcare systems while fostering trusted, value-driven relationships. We’re seeking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and are driven by purpose, passion, and the pursuit of clinical excellence. Frequent travel is required.
