What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years of relevant work experience, MSc in Nutrition and Dietetics, Hands-on experience managing care programmes for metabolic conditions, Comfortable working in ambiguity, Communication skills, Ability to collaborate across founders, doctors, and operating teams
Nice to Have
RD or CDE registration preferred, Pharmacologically supported direct GLP-1 experience is a plus
What You'll Do.
Manage patients on the programme end-to-end
Conduct ongoing follow-up
Problem solve with the patients on their nutrition
Keep detailed notes for each patient interaction
Build the playbook for these programmes
Define and track the outcome metrics
