**Posting Date** 06/10/2026 660 Harrison Avenue, Boston, Massachusetts, 02118-2304, United States of America DaVita is seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) to lead and coordinate care for patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) in an outpatient dialysis setting. In this key role, you’ll manage clinical operations, support your team, and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities: * Lead clinical care for ESRD patients, including lab tracking, vitals, and treatment planning * Supervise and support nursing and patient care staff * Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards * Provide direct patient care as needed * Foster a supportive, collaborative team culture * Partner strategically with the Medical Director to foster a collaborative clinical environment focused on driving high-quality patient outcomes. * Own accountability for monitoring, analyzing, and elevating key clinical quality metrics to maximize the overall standard of patient care.
