What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), Minimum of three (3) years of clinical nursing experience, Two years of demonstrated informal leadership experience, MI Registered Nurse (RN) license, AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification, Two to three years of formal nursing leadership experience
Nice to Have
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), CCRN (Neonatal) within one year, NICU experience strongly preferred
