What They're Looking For.
Must Have
More than 5 years of total experience in sales and/or marketing function in a medical device, or healthcare environment., understanding of healthcare ecosystems, surgical procedures, and customer journeys, with proven ability to translate insights into adoption-focused marketing programs., Demonstrated strength in strategic thinking, project management, prioritization, and execution in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment., Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders and build long-term relationships., Ability to travel extensively within international travel may be required.
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree degree in life sciences, healthcare, analytics or a related field is preferred., MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.

Lead market understanding through field immersion.
Generate customer insights.
Develop personas and value messaging.
Build scalable clinical marketing programs and assets.
Collaborate with external surgeons and leaders.
Work cross-functionally with sales
Deliver measurable business impact.
Identify and engage surgeon champions and key opinion leaders.
Design and scale peer-to-peer programs.
Develop and execute engagement plans for key specialty societies.
Translate global best practices into locally relevant programs.
Strengthen articulation of procedure value.
Develop high-impact sales enablement tools.
Amplify clinical marketing messages
Understand specialty-specific insights.
Build a robust dV RAS ecosystem.
Build relationships with surgeons and care teams.
Support generation and dissemination of clinical and economic evidence.
Use qualitative and quantitative analysis.
Support or lead new procedure and product introductions.
Guide digital and omnichannel clinical marketing engagement.
Drive cross-functional collaboration and disciplined execution.
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partners closely with commercial teams.; Collaborate with external surgeons, society leaders, and care teams.; Work cross-functionally with sales, training, clinical affairs, market access, legal, regulatory, and compliance.; Partner with commercial learning and sales teams.; Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams.; Spend time in the field with customers and sales teams.; Build relationships with surgeons, care teams, and health system stakeholders.; Support the generation and dissemination of clinical and economic evidence in partnership with market access, clinical affairs, and other functions.; Drive cross-functional collaboration and disciplined execution across sales, training, medical, regulatory, legal, and compliance stakeholders.
