Clinical Manager (RN) – Adult & Pediatric Skilled Home Care BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Manager (RN) to join our Adult Nursing and Pediatric Skilled Home Care office in Erie, PA. Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and motivate clinical staff to deliver outstanding patient care Conduct in-home client assessments throughout Erie, PA and surrounding communities Develop individualized plans of care and oversee their implementation Provide clinical supervision and support to field nurses Ensure compliance with company policies, clinical standards, and regulatory requirements Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding activities Conduct skills validations and competency assessments for new and tenured staff Collaborate with office leadership to support quality outcomes and operational goals Serve as a clinical resource for staff, clients, and families Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required Minimum of 2 years of hands-on nursing experience required Previous home care, home health, pediatric, or skilled nursing experience preferred Supervisory or leadership experience preferred Tracheostomy and ventilator experience preferred Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills Ability to build positive relationships with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams Why Join BAYADA?
