What You'll Do.
Supervise counseling staff
Provide leadership for clinical team
Provide counseling and services to patients
Define and refine counseling service model
Supervise and manage staff
Identify and coordinate community resources
Track and monitor service implementation
Maximize coordination and collaboration among staff
Troubleshoot challenges
Identify and implement new services strategies
Assign patients to counselors
Monitor quality and levels of service
Guide staff on adjustments
Oversee counselors’ case file management
Submit summary reports to management
Provide counseling and facilitate group activities
Complete case files and tracking reports
Promote positive work environment
Provide continuing support to personnel
Conduct performance appraisals
Counsel employees on performance issues
Monitor delivery of services and care
Establish systems for efficient service delivery
Ensure ERC treatment philosophy is presented
Participate with Executive Management
Develop and maintain clinical budget
Contribute toward strategic planning initiatives
Develop and implement training protocols
Ensure clinical department’s compliance with HIPAA
