What They're Looking For.
Must Have
ADN or BSN, Active RN license, Minimum 5 years nursing, Minimum 2 years management, Unrestricted registered nursing license, Current ACLS certification, Current PALS or ENPC certification

BSN strongly preferred
What You'll Do.
Manage non-physician clinical staff
Recruit clinical staff
Manage onboarding of clinical staff
Provide training and education
Participate in community outreach
Schedule clinical staff
Assist with staff evaluations
Support patient satisfaction
Provide leadership training
Provide mentoring to clinical staff
Implement quality assurance
Implement performance improvement
Provide quarterly reporting
Serve as cultural champion
Participate in regulatory preparedness
Participate in accreditation preparedness
Ensure compliance with Hospital Policies
Manage customer service experience
Manage customer relations
Provide customer focused environment
Encourage friendly work environment
Encourage respectful work environment
Assure clean work environment
Participate in committees
