What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Master’s or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or equivalent required., 2 years of applicable experience, Minimum of 1-year of supervisory experience, Knowledge of trauma-informed and culturally-informed care, Knowledge of diagnosis/treatment knowledge of DSM-V and ICD-11, Knowledge of family systems, psychoeducation and group modalities., Good analytical skills within scope of license., Knowledge of clinical treatment modalities for Birth-5 and school-age populations., Currently licensed in the state of CA Board of Psychology or Board of Behavioral Sciences for a minimum of 2 years, and able to clinically supervise registered associates and/or interns required., Some travelusiness related driving required., Full time, typically M-F, ability to at times work a non-traditional work schedule including early mornings, late evenings and weekends., Background check required., Live Scan Clearance / DOJ Fingerprinting, Health Clearance, MVR / DMV clearance, CPR / Pediatric CPR certification

What You'll Do.
Oversee and implement assigned contracts
evidence-based models and programs to full compliance with contractual requirements
performance measures/standards and applicable professional legal and ethical standards.
Complete/generate reports as needed
internally and externally.
Provide clinical oversight for all assigned staff
in accordance with the Board of Behavioral Sciences requirements for the clinical supervision for unlicensed/registered clinicians.
Attend and participate in all contract-required and appropriate community meetings as required/assigned.
Attend internal/external meetings as directed and needed for program(s)/Services.
Provide guidance and administrative oversight to assigned supervisees and program staff as needed/required by contract and agency standards.
Provide a minimum of weekly individual and/or group supervision for direct service staff using a Reflective Practice Framework.
Oversight of program budget in compliance with agency and funder regulations.
