Maintain equipment and records; perform quality control and quality assurance related to test performance. **Essential Functions** * 1\. Run tests on patient samples, provide report to the Physician and identify critical results. * Results do not have any errors. * 2\. Run three levels of controls, identifying and remediating QC problems. * Equipment runs smoothly, and issues are resolved in a timely manner. * 3\. Stain and read manual differentials, identify abnormal and bring them to attention of Physician. * Results are provided without errors. * 4\. Perform daily, weekly and monthly preventative maintenance procedures. * Equipment runs smoothly and issues are resolved in a timely manner. * 5\. Draw blood samples from patients for analysis in onsite lab or to be sent out to other Montefiore or outside laboratories.
