What They're Looking For.
Must Have
BS in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Chemical Biology, Biochemistry or related discipline, A minimum of two year of experience working in a clinical laboratory, foundation in mass spectrometry, and analytical methods, Hands-on experience with mass spectrometry instruments and chromatography systems, Experience with sample extractions and biochemical assays
What You'll Do.
Develop and refine sample‑preparation workflows optimized for mass‑spectrometric analysis
Support analytical and functional characterization using mass‑spectrometry–integrated assays
Maintain detailed electronic lab notebooks
and analytical reports
Performs clinical laboratory duties to test patient samples
Prepares specimens for analysis and organizes tests to be performed
Prepares and properly labels reagents required for laboratory testing
maintains legible work records
and enters findings into the laboratory information systems
Performs routine preventative maintenance on instruments and equipment’s according to established schedule and procedure
Verifies proper instrument function by checking and calibrating lab instruments and documents data
Records on instrument log any repairs
replacement and maintenance performed on laboratory instruments
Abides by laboratory safety policies and procedures
