What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor’s or higher degree in Biology or Chemistry, CLIA requirements for High Complexity Testing, California testing requirements, Appropriate state licensure and/or certificate, High Complexity Testing competencies required by Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), CLIA, and other applicable regulatory and accrediting bodies, 1 year of clinical laboratory experience, Demonstrated advanced clinical laboratory knowledge and competency, Proficient training and guidance to newer staff, Demonstrated proficiency of complex equipment and reagent maintenance, Troubleshooting, and problem resolution, Demonstrated understanding of, and experience with, proficiency survey sample testing, Demonstrated equipment calibration and qualification proficiency, Advanced clinical laboratory competency expertise, Assist with staff competency assessments and training
