CLSL-Licensed Clinical Lab Scientist, Bachelor's degree in biology or related science, 8 years experience as a CLS Generalist

Coordinate daily activities of co-workers
Ensure smooth laboratory workflow
Arrange coverage for absences
Assign and prioritize work
Direct problem-solving and troubleshooting
Ensure shift-to-shift continuity
Manage customer complaints or inquiries
Develop and implement new policies
Train and assess co-worker competency
Provide guidance and direction to staff
