Maintain instrument and procedural calibrations
Maintain confidentiality of PHI
Identify problems affecting test performance
Correct problems or escalate
Identify test systems deviating from specifications
Correct operation of test systems
Document corrective actions
Teach/train new employees
Perform in-service testing
Perform competency testing
Draft standard operating procedures
Represent Reference lab testing
Investigate proficiency testing results
Investigate quality control results
Investigate patient testing not meeting standards
Perform additional duties
Perform assigned projects
