What You'll Do.
Develop treatment alliance with patients
Co-facilitate addiction psychotherapy groups
Carry a small caseload
Prepare addiction presentations
Present recovery presentations
Promote organization's image
Engage in case management sessions
Complete patient assessments
Collaborate on treatment goals
Plan patient discharge
Partner with referral sources
Partner with other providers
Work with medical staff
Meet co-occurring psychiatric needs
Coordinate care for support services
Coordinate with referral sources
Coordinate with family members
Coordinate with support providers
Maintain timely documentation
Write well-written documentation
Obtain supervisor signatures
Attend professional meetings
Attend treatment team meetings
Complete documentation within 24 hours
Complete discharges within 48 hours
