Must Have
Affiliated with a university that has or is willing to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Kolmac/CCG, Able to commute and work in person at a designated Kolmac/CCG clinic location, Follow all Kolmac/CCG policies, clinical standards, privacy practices (including HIPAA), and safety protocols, Provide necessary documentation and clearances as required by your university program (e.g., background check, immunizations, insurance verification, TB test), Complete all onboarding, orientation, and clinical training assigned by the site, Clinical, verbal, and writing skills, Flexible and creative team player, Schedule allows for attendance at weekly clinical treatment team meetings, Ability to develop therapeutic rapport with patients in group and individual sessions
What You'll Do.
Develop treatment alliance with patients
Co-facilitate addiction psychotherapy groups
Carry a small caseload
Prepare addiction/recovery education presentations
Promote organizations image
Engage in case management sessions
Work with medical staff
Coordinate care for support services
Maintain timely documentation
Obtain signatures for documentation
Attend professional meetings
Complete documentation within 24 hours
Complete discharges within 48 hours
