What They're Looking For.
Must Have
J.D. earned at least 5 years ago, 5+ years criminal law experience, 5+ years trial practice experience, Active license to practice in Massachusetts

Successful teaching experience, Mentoring experience, Student supervision experience, Demonstrated potential for supervision, Commitment to public interest lawyering, Commitment to clinical teaching, Upholding ethical standards, Exceptional management skills, Exceptional written communication ability, Exceptional verbal communication ability, Experience serving low-income clients, Experience in criminal matters, Ability to work sensitively with diverse population
What You'll Do.
Develop training materials
Lead training sessions
Meet with student volunteers
Discuss case developments
Prepare students for hearings
Provide mentorship to students
Provide feedback on written work
Debrief students after hearings
Supervise Program Manager
Manage finances/budget
Ensure policy compliance
Provide training to Board members
Support Student Board members
Collaborate with Student Board members
Build relationships with organizations
Maintain relationships with organizations
