The Clinical Director of Pediatric Speech-Language Pathology provides dynamic leadership and oversight of MeBe’s Speech and Language Therapy department across all markets. This role ensures clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and strategic growth of speech-language services. The Clinical Director partners with Senior Leadership and regional teams to implement company-wide initiatives, mentor clinicians, and uphold MeBe’s mission of empowering children and families through evidence-based, play-filled care. This is a dual operational and clinical role, combining leadership responsibilities with a limited direct therapy caseload to ensure continued clinical expertise and hands-on mentorship.
