Must Have
Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin, Up-to-date knowledge of tissue viability, Up-to-date knowledge of infection control, Up-to-date knowledge of care planning

What You'll Do.
Oversee and assist all aspects of nursing care
Create and update individual care plans
accurate medication records
Maintain correct staffing levels through efficient rota management
Provide day to day support and guidance to the team
Promote residents' independence
Build lasting relationships with residents and their families
Foster a sense of community within the home
