Must Have
Professional doctorate in Clinical/Counselling Psychology accredited by the British Psychological Society, Health and Care Professions Council registration as a Chartered Clinical/Counselling Psychologist, General adult mental health experience, 1 year’s post-qualification clinical experience
Nice to Have
Training and accreditation in specialized areas of psychological relevance, Corporate experience, Excellent leadership and management skills
What You'll Do.
Provide high-quality therapeutic care
Deliver comprehensive assessments and formulations
Offer different models of service delivery
Adhere to Bupa’s case management processes
Collaborate with Clinical Leads and therapy team
Work within sessional limits
Provide signposting or onward referrals
Offer ad-hoc wellbeing support and coaching
Conduct one-off assessments and referral recommendations
Provide group psychoeducation and mental health awareness
Work autonomously within professional guidelines
Attend regular clinical supervision
Attend monthly team meetings
Collaborate with operational and clinical team

Collaborate with Clinical Leads and the therapy team; Attend monthly team meetings; Collaborate with the operational and clinical team to improve client and employee experiences
