Must Have
Professional doctorate in Clinical/Counselling Psychology accredited by the British Psychological Society, Health and Care Professions Council registration as a Chartered Clinical/Counselling Psychologist, General adult mental health experience, 1 year’s post-qualification clinical experience
Nice to Have
Training and accreditation in specialized areas of psychological relevance, Corporate experience, Excellent leadership and management skills
What You'll Do.
Provide high-quality therapeutic care
Deliver comprehensive assessments
Offer different models of service delivery
Adhere to Bupa’s case management processes
Work within sessional limits
Provide signposting or onward referrals
Offer ad-hoc wellbeing support
Conduct one-off assessments
Provide group psychoeducation
Work autonomously within professional guidelines
Attend regular clinical supervision
Collaborate with the operational and clinical team
