What You'll Do.
Provide guidance to patient care staff
Ensure compliance with policies
Approve personnel schedule changes
Participate in patient care plan meetings
Maintain knowledge of dialysis practices
Train and orient staff
Guide patient care staff
Promote OSHA compliance
Maintain shift operation
Conduct staff meetings
Meet with Facility Administrator
Supervise patient documentation
Coordinate Charge Nurse duties
Assess patient care needs
Develop patient care assignments
Assume responsibility in emergencies
Respond to dialysis treatments
Communicate concerns to physician
Implement changes in patient care
Monitor patient care activity
Assist with patient care
Collaborate with patient care team
Monitor patient condition
Administer medications
Act as subject matter expert
Supervise care plan completion
Ensure patient educational needs
Educate patient and family
Supervise equipment use
Operate dialysis equipment
