We focus on what matters most— caring for the patients in the communities we serve. **FTE:** 0.9 **Shift: **Day **Schedule: **8am-8pm (3 x 12-hour shifts) **Unique Earning Potential** , in addition to your base hourly rate: * **$2.50/hour Indigo Premium** on top of base rate for all hours worked * **$1.75/hour X-Ray Certification Premium** on top of base rate for all hours worked for employees who become trained and certified in X-Ray * **$1.25/hour Weekend Differential** for staff who work weekend shifts * **Extra Shifts and Float incentives** awarded when applicable * **Monthly Indigo Incentive Program** , with a payout rate of up to $300/month **What We Offer** * **Excellent, robust benefits** including a variety of medical, dental, and vision coverage plans to fit your needs with generous employer-paid contribution, life insurance, and short- and long-term disability * **Additional Total Rewards** including a variety of retirement savings plans * **Career growth focuses on** leadership pathways, mentor/preceptor opportunities, and tuition reimbursement program (100% of tuition and fees or up to $5,250 for full-time employees/$2,500 for part-time employees per year) * **Generous paid time off,** including time off for extended illness and wellness program to support work/life balan
