Supports clinical fulfillment of company procedures in the territory. Develops relationships with key spine surgeon and hospital customers. Acquires clinical competency skills with all company products to meet and exceed the standards for the role in an elite sales force. **Primary Responsibilities:** • Supports clinical fulfillment of spine procedures in the territory while driving the development of relationships with key spine surgeon and hospital customers • Interacts with surgeons and surgical team to communicate monitoring data in accordance with the Company’s and/or Hospital’s policies and procedures • Provides formal communication of customer needs to personnel for the purpose of improving existing product and developing new products • Develops good rapport and establishes trusting relationships with key spine surgeon customers • Supports in case coverage within assigned region, ordering required sets, instruments and supplies as needed • Provides consistent reporting on a variety of topics including expense reports, sales performance, market feedback, competitive activities, new target accounts, and ideas regarding sales growth and new product development opportunities • Performs other duties as assigned **Required Skills/Capabilities :** • Strong technical skills with an advanced understanding of human anato
