**Corewell Health is offering up to $1500 as a sign on bonus for this opportunity!** **About the unit** 5 North East is a 35-bed medical-surgical care unit with 6 progressive beds. We provide compassionate and high-quality patient and family-centered care for a wide variety of surgical and medical patients. 5NE regularly cares for patients undergoing cardiac surgery, thoracic surgery, peripheral vascular surgery, general surgery, and trauma work as well as patients with Congestive Heart Failure. Our mission is to always provide our patients and their families with an exceptional experience during their stay with us on the unit. Our 5 Northeast team is committed to ensuring a safe and holistic environment with excellence in both care and service to all our patients and their families. **About Royal Oak Hospital** Recognized by U.S. News & World Report as the #2 hospital in Michigan and one of the top hospitals in the country. It is a major academic and referral center with Level I adult and Level II pediatric trauma designations. The advanced capabilities and clinical expertise within this center have earned it Magnet designation four consecutive times and has the distinct honor of housing Michigan’s first Diagnostic Imaging Center of Excellence. **Scope of work** Coordinates aspects of patient care by managing communication and clerical tasks essential to the functioning of the unit. In addition to communication and clerical tasks, she/he monitors and stocks supplies.
