What You'll Do.
and optimise health-tech algorithms
Collaborate with clinicians to deliver clinically robust algorithms
Partner with Product teams and software developers to integrate algorithms into live production systems
Review algorithm outcomes and improve automation rates
Test algorithms for accuracy

Provide guidance and support to junior algorithm developers
Engage with suppliers to optimise ways of working
Work with partner pharmacies and other customers to ensure algorithms meet agreed requirements
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Working closely with clinicians, developers, and QA teams in an Agile environment; Collaborate with the Data team and Associate Director of Clinical Operations; Partner with Product teams and software developers; Provide guidance and support to junior algorithm developers; Engage with suppliers; Work with partner pharmacies and other customers

**Role: Clinical Algorithm Builder** **Location: We operate a hybrid schedule, meaning 1 day per week in the office based in Central London** **Salary: Up to £ 75,000 per annum plus extensive benefits** **Contract type: Permanent** **Employment type: Full time** **Working hours: We work on a core hours principle.
