What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Diploma from a recognised polytechnic or equivalent, at least 2 years of relevant working experience, organisational skills, ability to multitask effectively, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Service-oriented, ability to interact effectively with patients, practitioners, and colleagues, Professional, detail-oriented, committed team player
Nice to Have
Prior experience in a front desk role, Prior experience in a TCM clinic
What You'll Do.
Handle telephone enquiries
Manage appointment bookings
Coordinate and match patients’ needs
Manage daily front desk cash collections
Deliver high-quality customer service
Support day-to-day clinic operations
Perform additional duties as assigned
