We are seeking a motivated Clinic Support Officer to join our Psychology Clinics team, providing high-quality reception and administrative support within our clinical environment. Key Responsibilities * Serve as the first point of contact for patients and stakeholders, providing professional and timely assistance. * Manage appointments, waitlists, and patient records using the Patient Management System. * Process payments, perform daily reconciliations, and maintain accurate financial records. * Maintain clinic databases, prepare routine correspondence, and support patient record administration. * Contribute to a collaborative team environment and ensure compliance with University policies and relevant legislation.
