Coordinate administrative processes

Manage clinic financial administration
Assist with debtor management
Prepare relevant documentation
Investigate financial discrepancies

Identify opportunities to improve workflows

Identify opportunities to improve administrative systems
Provide guidance to Clinic Support Officers
Support Clinic Support Officers
Act as escalation point
Support administrative coordination of student placements
Coordinate student onboarding
Coordinate student scheduling
Coordinate student compliance requirements
Coordinate student stakeholder communications
Liaise with clinical staff
Liaise with academic units
Liaise with central university services
Contribute to audit activities
