The role may oversee other leaders in addition to staff. This role often involves regular travel to and rounding in assigned clinics. **Responsibilities** * This individual is responsible for all administrative functions of the practice location(s) including operations, marketing, and finance. * The Clinic Manager II partners with senior leaders on key areas such as physician production, compensation, scheduling, charge capture/ reimbursement inquiries, referral processing, human resource management, medical and business information systems, ancillary services, general operations and strategic planning and development. * The distinction between Clinic Manager I and II is based on the scope and span of control, with the Clinic Manager II overseeing broader or more complex operations. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree required * 5 yrs exp in a professional or technical role/function * 3 yrs exp in a supervisory or lead capacity * Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting the minimum qualifications **Why MultiCare?** **Rooted in the local community** Partnering with patients, families and neighbors across the Pacific Northwest for more than 140 years. **Growth and education** Competitive tuition assistance, award-winning residencies, fellowships and career development to invest in you. **Well-being and support** G
