This role will lead the "Customer Zero" implementation strategy, ensuring seamless integration of JLL and Client’s enterprise platforms like Salesforce Field Service and Corrigo, while protecting respective proprietary processes and competitive advantage. The successful candidate will be responsible for orchestrating complex, multi-stakeholder technology implementations, managing integration timelines and risks, and ensuring operational readiness across WPM core processes. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution capabilities to navigate sophisticated commercial, technical, and change management challenges. **Key Responsibilities** **Strategic Integration Leadership** * Lead end-to-end technology integration initiatives for strategic client accounts, ensuring alignment between JLL operations, JLLT architecture, and client technology ecosystems * Develop and execute integration strategies that balance day-one operational requirements with long-term transformation vision. * Partner with Legal and Commercial teams to review and negotiate contract terms, manage IP protection, and address commercial risks including management fee structures. * Se
