Manage diaries across multiple time zones

Organise international travel

Assist in organising external meetings

Deal with telephone calls and emails

Develop and maintain working relationships

Draft documents and correspondence

Organise client entertainment

Organise internal and external lunches & dinners

Organise meetings and presentations

Ensure travel plans align with meeting schedules

Ascertain cost effective and sustainable travel options

Implement JLL and Client T&E process

Review expenses on behalf of Seniors

Work closely with internal stakeholders

Provide wide ranging administrative assistance

Support with project work

Support with material preparation
