What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree, 1-3 years of experience working in a client support and/or operations role with direct client interaction
Nice to Have
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, JIRA, Asana and Dynamics CRM
