What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, 1–2 years of experience in Technical Support, Problem-solving skills, Troubleshooting skills, Debugging skills, Excellent English communication skills, Familiarity with ticketing and support systems, Solid understanding of databases, Solid understanding of server logs, Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, Solid understanding of system monitoring tools, Experience troubleshooting application issues, Experience troubleshooting user access problems, Experience troubleshooting performance bottlenecks, Ability to read and interpret logs, Ability to interpret API responses, Ability to interpret technical error messages, Experience with CRM systems, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, Customer-focused mindset

What You'll Do.

Diagnose software-related issues
Troubleshoot software-related issues
Guide users through solutions
Document technical issues
Document customer interactions
Collaborate with Product teams

Identify product defects
Report product defects
