What You'll Do.
Control receipt of sales orders
Ensure orders available to warehouse
Chase missing orders with client
Confirm order receipt
Control duplicate receipt of orders
Perform quality control
Avoid mis-rotation of stocks
Hold stocks from quarantine
Release stocks to quarantine
Deal with clients face to face
Deal with clients by phone
Deal with clients by email
Manage queries professionally
Ensure positive client experience
Attain client retention
Manage client portfolio daily
