Control timely receipt of sales orders
Ensure orders available to warehouse
Chase missing outstanding orders
Confirm order receipt or non-receipt
Control duplicate receipt of orders
Confirm orders to be processed or cancelled
Manage inventory and quality control
Avoid mis-rotation of stocks
Hold and release stocks from quarantine
Deal with clients face to face
Deal with clients by phone
Deal with clients by email
Ensure queries are managed timely
Ensure queries are managed professionally

Look after client portfolio daily
