What You'll Do.
Present industry leading data driven business reviews geared towards client solutions and recommendations.
Internal field specialist communication and problem solving
which includes customer program education
coaching and question clarification.
Direct customer email and phone communication
which includes managing customer concerns
and general program inquiries.
Dynamic and innovative ad hoc report creation and execution.
Data driven analyses and recommendations to help customers execute on objectives and drive a culture of brand protection and food safety awareness.
Initial set up and maintenance of customer programs through database set up and project management.
Manage customer expectations and program components to be implemented by internal teams.
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Cross-functional relationship building with IT, program insights, finance, field, and corporate accounts.; Collaborate with other divisions of Ecolab to support our customers.
