What You'll Do.
Set up clients for success
Monitor client activity
Identify opportunities for support
Interact with clients
Ascend clients to premium program
Increase client satisfaction
Facilitate smooth transition
Remediate payment plan failures
Engage in community introduction responses
Conduct client welcome calls
Serve as first line of customer support
Monitor feedback surveys
Set appointments for consultations
Monitor Lux client progress
Support Lux client progress
Participate in team meetings
