What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience (3+ years) in a client-facing role such as Client Success, Account Management, or Consulting within the financial technology (FinTech) or investment management industry., understanding of financial markets, investment workflows, and/or asset management operations., Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels., Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively., Proactive problem-solver with a customer-centric mindset., Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences., Proficiency in CRM software (e. g. , Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

What You'll Do.
Develop and maintain strong
trusted relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients
understanding their business objectives and challenges.
Act as a trusted advisor
proactively identifying opportunities to enhance client utilization of SS&C's products and services.
Onboard new clients and guide them through the successful implementation and adoption of our software solutions.
Conduct regular business reviews with clients
assessing their current usage
identifying areas for improvement
and presenting value-add solutions.
Monitor client health metrics
identify at-risk accounts
and develop strategies to mitigate churn and drive retention.
Educate clients on new product features
and best practices to maximize their return on investment.
Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with the sales team on upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
Provide valuable client feedback to product and development teams to inform future product enhancements.
Represent SS&C at industry events and client meetings as required.
