What You'll Do.

Support Account Manager

Maintain client satisfaction

Achieve monthly and annual targets

Schedule internal and external meetings

Report on client engagement activities

Drive usage through client engagement

Identify risks or issues

Achieve minimum client retention targets

Work to agreed sales objectives

Monitor drops and increase in usage

Maintain accurate client records

Identify contracts expiring

Complete notes against client database

Assist/host credit education workshops

Collaborate with clients on events

Team & Collaboration

Work with Account Managers and various departments; Collaborate with clients
