Full Job Description

## What You'll Do As the Client Success Manager for Arrive Fresh, your key responsibility will be to ensure a best-in-class experience for our customers in the fresh produce and floral supply chain. You will act as the primary conduit connecting the Arrive Fresh team and their customer and carrier needs with the broader technology, finance, carrier relations and business development teams within the organization. This includes, but is not limited to, developing account level SOPs for execution, developing best-in-class analytics & reporting, technology road-mapping and financial flow. ## Qualifications 10+ yrs experience supply chain experience; including 5+ yrs in produce & floral Expert in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) creation including program designs and roll-out Expert in cross-functional collaboration across a fast-paced, multi-functional organization Experience identifying and creating automation roadmaps for operational tasks Experience and knowledge of the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA), Sanitary Transportation of Food (STF), and Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act (PACA) Ability to adjust altitudes quickly, simultaneously creating strategy while ensuring smooth operational roll-out throughout the organization High energy with strong work ethic and passion for continuous improvement Experience in project management and implementation is preferred Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business Administration, Finance or Information Technology ## Supervisory Responsibility This role has direct supervisory responsibilities over a team of Client Success Manager would supervise Client Success Associates and Reps specializing in produce. ## The Perks of Working With Us Take advantage of our comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and supplemental coverage.
