We're seeking a dynamic and results-obsessed Client Success Lead to spearhead our most critical agency and advertiser relationships, with Turkey as your primary market and additional emerging markets in the future. You'll be the strategic linchpin, empowering agencies and brands to achieve performance at scale through our comprehensive, end-to-end service. This isn't just a client role; it's a chance to shape the future of our vital partnerships across the region — driving transformative growth, while identifying and managing long-term strategic partnerships and consistently unlocking new business opportunities. We're specifically looking for someone who comes from the agency and/or brand side — a person who has sat in our clients' seats, understands how budgets are won and decisions are made, and brings that perspective into every conversation. To thrive in this role, you'll need: A background on the agency and/or brand (advertiser) side — you've built campaigns, managed clients or owned marketing from within, and you understand the agency and brand mindset from the inside Major plus; Experience leading a major automotive, large-scale tourism or health client on the agency side — or having worked in-house at a brand within one of those verticals; candidates with this background will stand out 7+ years of experience in a results-driven, client-facing role within digital marketing, with a portfolio of successful brand case studies A strong understanding of KPI-based campaign management and optimization, with a track record of exceeding client goals Expertise in pipeline development and precise forecasting, driving predictable revenue growth In-depth knowledge of the Turkish digital ecosystem and media agency landscape, with a genuine passion for online marketing; exposure to other emerging markets is an advantage Experience managing diverse agency portfolios, prioritizing clients ba
