6+ years Client Success experience, 6+ years Account Management experience, 6+ years enterprise client management, 6+ years fintech client management, Experience in Banking/Digital Banking, Experience in FinTech, Experience in SaaS, Experience in Software, Experience within Risk and Compliance frameworks, Analytical skills, Comfortable using data for operational results, Ability to manage international portfolios, Work effectively across global teams, Comfort working in fast-paced environment, Agility
