Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution (or equivalent experience), Experience maintaining regular communication through digital channels such as Slack, email, and Zoom, Skilled in managing time and prioritizing tasks across team projects, ensuring smooth coordination and attention to detail while handling multiple clients, Eager to learn and develop skills in preparing detailed campaign summaries, analyzing data, and tracking client goals and KPIs to ensure program success aligns with expectations, Familiar with maintaining account health insights and ensuring Salesforce or similar CRM systems are kept up-to-date and accurate, Detail-oriented and organized, capable of reviewing leads for accuracy and alignment with targeting criteria, especially during initial campaign delivery, Creative problem-solver with analytical and critical thinking skills, Must have a working laptop/pc and internet, and a backup connection, Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward, Authorized to work in the Philippines
