Proven experience in administrative support or customer service roles, organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve customer success
Nice to Have
Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Gainsight, and other relevant tools

Track customer health and identifying opportunities for engagement

Their primary goal is to facilitate the success of client initiatives by providing exceptional support and coordination, this role will be internal facing.
